bob bro…as a amateur chef…that sandwich is a wreck
get fresh philly style soft enriched sub buns, and apply generous amounts of mayo to top and bottom. Next, prepare some of you favorite meat, i personally prefer beef. shred it into smaller pieces, not all the way though to grind beef. then cook it, and at the end of cooking process, add some shredded mozarella cheese, and mix and melt it into the beef. once that is done, go back to the bottom half of your sub/sandwich, and place slices of cheese in a row from end to end. then lay 2 pieces of lettuce. then put the beef/cheese mix onto the bottom half. on top, drop another two pieces of lettuce, two slices of tomato, and 3-4 slices of banana peppers, or dills
